These terms govern use of the Unboxd AI iPhone app provided by Unboxd AI.
What the app provides
Unboxd AI is an educational food-label and recipe-planning tool. It provides barcode lookups, a transparent comparison score, ingredient explanations, and estimated homemade recipes. Results can be incomplete or unavailable when source data cannot be verified.
No medical or allergy guarantee
Do not use Unboxd AI to diagnose, treat, or manage a medical condition. Allergen preferences filter recipe text but cannot detect every derivative, substitution, manufacturing change, or cross-contact risk. You are responsible for checking current labels and the exact ingredients you use.
Estimates and third-party data
Product information comes from third-party databases and may contain errors. Recipe nutrition and prices are estimates that vary by ingredient, brand, preparation, serving, region, and retailer. A precise product score may be withheld when critical label data is missing or implausible.
Acceptable use
You may use the app for lawful personal purposes. Do not abuse, overload, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the app, its API, or third-party services.
Availability and changes
Features and sources may change or be unavailable. Unboxd AI does not promise that every barcode has a record or that every product has an honest homemade equivalent.
Apple terms
The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app.
