Terms of Use
These terms govern use of Redish (formerly Unboxd AI).
What Redish provides
Redish is an educational food-label and recipe-planning tool. It provides barcode lookups, a transparent comparison score, ingredient explanations, and estimated homemade recipes. Results may be incomplete or unavailable when source data cannot be verified.
No medical or allergy guarantee
Do not use Redish to diagnose, treat, or manage a medical condition. Allergen preferences help filter recipe text but cannot detect every derivative, substitution, manufacturing change, or cross-contact risk. You are responsible for checking current labels and the exact ingredients you use.
Estimates and source data
Product information comes from third-party public databases and may contain errors. Recipe nutrition and prices are estimates and vary by ingredient, brand, preparation, serving, region, and retailer. Redish withholds a precise product score when critical label data is missing.
Acceptable use
You may use the app for lawful personal purposes. Do not attempt to abuse, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the app, its API, or third-party services.
Submitted content
Only submit food photos and recipe requests you have the right to process. Redish does not grant rights to copy, republish, or commercially exploit another creator’s content.
Availability
Features and data sources may change, be unavailable, or return an error. Redish does not promise that every barcode has a product record or that every product has an honest homemade equivalent.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for using an email address you control. You may sign out or permanently delete your account from Settings or Account controls, including without subscription access. Account controls is available during onboarding and on the paywall. See the deletion instructions and Privacy Policy.
Premium subscription
Redish Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. The app displays the current localized price, billing period, and any free-trial eligibility before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation or when an eligible trial ends. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it from your device’s subscription settings. Apple or Google controls billing, eligibility, refunds, and renewal timing for its platform.
Deleting your Redish account or the app does not cancel a store subscription or automatically erase billing, security, or service-provider records retained under their applicable policies.
