Support
Help with barcode matching, camera access, AI recipes, saved data, or an incorrect result.
Contact support
Include the app version, iPhone model, barcode number, what you expected, and what appeared. Never email medical records or other sensitive information.
Wrong or missing product
Confirm the displayed product name and barcode match the physical package. If they do not, remove the scan and scan again. When a verified source record is unavailable, Unboxd AI does not invent a product or nutrition panel.
Camera access
You can enter a UPC or EAN manually. If camera access was denied, choose Open iPhone Settings from the scanner and enable Camera for Unboxd AI.
AI recipes
AI permission is optional. If declined, barcode lookup, ingredient display, and scoring remain available. Change the permission at any time from Settings → AI recipe data.
Account help
Use the same email and password used to create the account. New accounts may require email confirmation before the first sign-in.
Delete your account
Open Settings and choose Delete account and all data. See the step-by-step deletion instructions.

Unboxd AI cannot provide emergency, allergy, or medical support. Contact a qualified clinician or local emergency service when health or safety is at risk.
