Delete your Unboxd account
You can permanently delete your account and its saved data directly inside Unboxd AI.
Delete from inside the app
- Open Unboxd AI.
- Open Settings.
- Scroll to Delete account and all data.
- Confirm Delete account.
This removes the account, name, profile photo, food preferences, allergen flags, scan history, generated recipes, and saved recipes. The action cannot be undone.
If the app is unavailable
Deleting Unboxd AI from the iPhone removes the device cache but does not delete the account. Reinstall the app, sign in, and use the in-app deletion control, or contact support for help.
AI provider retention
Account deletion cannot retroactively delete short-lived third-party abuse-monitoring logs created for earlier consented AI requests. See the Privacy Policy for retention details.
