These terms govern your use of the CaloMetrik application and website. By using CaloMetrik, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

General wellness only

CaloMetrik provides estimates and organizational tools for general wellness. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a substitute for a qualified clinician or registered dietitian. Do not use the service for an emergency or to make urgent medical decisions.

Estimates can vary

Calories, macronutrients, resting energy, active energy, deficit, weight timelines, body-reference ranges, and workout burn are estimates. Food labels, nutrition databases, wearable devices, exercise machines, image analysis, and user-entered information can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review product labels and use your own judgment.

Your account and information

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the accuracy of information you choose to enter. You may not use another person’s account without permission or attempt to interfere with the service.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer the service where prohibited, probe or disrupt its infrastructure, upload unlawful or harmful content, automate abusive traffic, misuse third-party nutrition records, or use CaloMetrik to violate another person’s rights.

Third-party services

Some features rely on services such as Apple Health, account infrastructure, nutrition databases, and image-analysis providers. Availability, records, and timing can change outside CaloMetrik’s control. Third-party services may have their own terms.

Apple terms

Apple is not responsible for CaloMetrik’s content, support, warranties, or claims. Apple Health permissions remain under your control. Use of Apple software and services is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms.

Subscriptions and trials

CaloMetrik may offer auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s App Store. The app displays the current localized price, billing period, and any introductory trial for which your Apple ID is eligible before you confirm a purchase. Eligibility for a free trial is determined by Apple and is not guaranteed.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the selected billing period unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. CaloMetrik includes controls to restore eligible purchases and open Apple’s subscription-management screen. Deleting a CaloMetrik account does not by itself cancel an Apple subscription; review or cancel the subscription with Apple before deleting the account.

Changes and availability

Features may be updated, paused, or removed as CaloMetrik develops. The service is provided on an “as available” basis, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, CaloMetrik is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on an estimate, third-party data, interrupted availability, or unauthorized account use. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Termination

Access may be suspended for abuse, security threats, or material violations of these terms. You may stop using CaloMetrik at any time.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the product develops. The revised date will appear at the top of this page.
